About the Role

This is an entry-level coordinator role designed for individuals with prior production assistant experience. The primary responsibility is to support the studio facilities master schedule for all Bleacher Report and House of Highlights on-site productions. This includes tracking and sharing production updates, preparing daily show memos, providing in-studio production support, booking freelance travel, and onboarding freelancers.

Responsibilities

Support show day needs, including sourcing props, managing runners, and overseeing catering.
Collect and scan appearance releases.
Document production issues for the production operations team.
Receive and manage catering for on-site productions.
Assist Production Managers in communicating updates to various departments.
Distribute daily production schedules and crew information.
Book travel for production crew members.
Reconcile expenses for production shoots.
Research production locations for remote shoots.
Maintain a detailed list of production supplies.
Onboard new freelance hires.
Liaise with payroll for timely payment of freelance staff.

Requirements

On-set production experience.
Ability to work nights and weekends when needed.
Strong understanding of the Microsoft Suite.
Experience working in a production office.
