About the Role
RF Studio53 is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to support a range of industries and account types, from large multinationals to startups. This role involves supporting digital, studio, and integrated communications projects, requiring strong project management and client service skills.
Responsibilities
- Support account leads by managing day-to-day client requests and maintaining project momentum across multiple accounts.
- Support the day-to-day client relationship on assigned accounts, participating in client-facing meetings and calls.
- Apply a strong understanding of the client's business, industry, and products to day-to-day account activities.
- Manage client initiatives from strategy through execution with limited supervision.
- Exhibit effective project management while working closely with senior agency leadership.
- Prepare and review activity and status reports for clients.
- Support account leads in advancing clients' communications goals through thoughtful execution.
- Develop recommendations and programs reflecting knowledge of digital, editorial, and regulated-content workflows, intranet/website management, patient advocacy program coordination, and analytics reporting.
Requirements
- 1+ years' experience in public relations, communications or related field required.
- Project management and client account experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and presentation skills with the ability to speak knowledgeable with high level executives internally and externally.
- Excellent writing skills, strong presentation capabilities, and proven client relations skills.
- Strong attention to details and ability to proactively and effectively provide client counsel.
- A motivated, independent self-starter with willingness/ability to work in a client-focused, team-oriented environment.
