About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. This role owns the reporting, dashboarding, and analytics that support how our sales organization understands and grows revenue across our three businesses. You'll work at the intersection of data, technology, and commercial strategy — turning information into the insight that drives decisions. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for an analyst who wants to move beyond producing reports to building analytics that matter. Over time, there is a clear path to grow into a leadership role as our analytics capability expands.

Responsibilities

  • Produce monthly executive reporting, including estimates and actuals, along with the supporting analysis and commentary.
  • Prepare weekly sales strategy reporting, leaderboards, and KPI dashboards spanning our three businesses.
  • Develop executive-level reporting packages and presentations that support leadership decision-making.
  • Design, build, and maintain Tableau, Salesforce, and PowerBI dashboards, including the underlying data models.
  • Conduct trend analysis and develop revenue insights that inform commercial strategy.
  • Complete ad hoc analysis in support of the Director and the wider Revenue Operations function.
  • Support forecasting and quarterly commissions reporting, with the opportunity to assume full ownership over time.
  • Automate and streamline recurring reporting to improve accuracy, consistency, and turnaround.
  • Partner with our CRM Engineering team to improve data models and reporting logic, and help set the standard for trustworthy, decision-ready reporting.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining dashboards and data models in Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including complex formulas and comfort working with large, imperfect datasets.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, with the ability to query source data independently.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting and an understanding of underlying data structures.
  • Strong data visualization skills and the ability to present analysis clearly and accurately.
  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage competing demands.
  • A high standard of accuracy and attention to detail, appropriate to executive-level reporting.
