About the Role

The Koeppel Auto Group is seeking a Service Advisor to manage customer service, oversee service orders, and ensure efficient technician workflow. This role offers professional development, competitive compensation, and growth opportunities within a family-owned business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and Drive Lane flow, ensuring prompt and effective customer service.
• Manage the customer experience by completing additional assignments to leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries via phone or in person.
• Ensure technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work efficiently among technicians.
• Answer technical questions regarding vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and ordering necessary parts and tools.
• Oversee administration of warranty claims and provide training/supervision for the service department.
• Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards.
• Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain good working relationships with manufacturers and foster positive employee relations.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a service advisor or service writer required.
• Organized and friendly personality.
• Demonstrated ability to manage others.
• Time management skills.
• Fantastic communication skills with customers.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Consistent record of service and sales success.
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
• Team oriented and self-motivated.
