About the Role

This role focuses on achieving sales targets and increasing market penetration for products by actively utilizing multiple channels tailored to customer needs. It involves understanding company strategy, developing sales plans for new and existing markets, providing pharmaceutical information, gathering market intelligence, and identifying growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop specific annual plans to achieve targets in the assigned territory.
  • Prioritize activities within the assigned territory in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Provide pharmaceutical information and collect information on drug usage, focusing on company products, through doctor visits and appropriate channels.
  • Analyze information from customers and stakeholders, and the market situation in the assigned territory, to revise plans and develop/execute new customer acquisition strategies.
  • Visit related distributors to collect and provide information, including product usage status.
  • Consider and implement appropriate and continuous follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Report progress on targets and market information to management.
  • Understand the overall team situation, support members needing assistance, and improve customer service quality.
  • Utilize cross-functional teams to identify and execute factors impacting potential growth areas and business.
  • Understand and comply with the promotion code.
  • Maintain the highest standards of ethics, quality, compliance, and accountability, acting in accordance with quality management and compliance policies, and encouraging the same in others.
  • Acquire and practice knowledge of the latest compliance regulations (HCC/SOP/Expenses/HR Rules/Promotion Code/Sales Information Provision Activities GL).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Presentation skills: Ability to effectively convey key points using appropriate tools while understanding the audience's situation.
  • Communication skills: Ability to ask appropriate questions, persuade, and close sales (based on PSS, DiSC).
  • Facilitation skills: Ability to facilitate meetings and build teams within the sales office.
  • Area planning skills: Ability to logically analyze qualitative and quantitative data, formulate plans to maximize assigned products in the area, and support team members as needed.
  • IT skills: Ability to actively use the latest devices and software for information provision activities and support team members as needed.
  • Possession of a driver's license is required for roles involving driving.
  • Must report to your manager and BUHR if selected for an interview during an internal application process.
  • Must obtain permission from your manager and BUHR before applying if you have been with the company for less than 18 months.
  • Cannot apply for multiple positions simultaneously.
