About the Role

We are seeking product professionals to transform our product, scale our impact, and turn deep customer understanding into successful products. Depending on experience, you will own an entire product line end-to-end or manage high-impact projects within a product line. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at the intersection of product strategy, customer experience, and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Drive product direction through customer insight
  • Lead discovery with partners and internal teams to identify pain points and opportunities
  • Turn ambiguous ideas into buildable product by creating well-defined, unambiguous specs
  • Own surface area priorities, translating learnings and business goals into high-ROI initiatives
  • Test hypotheses by defining metrics, finding the cheapest testing methods, and tracking results
  • Increase engineering velocity through clear requirements and streamlined communication
  • Navigate product development with live clients, gathering feedback while maintaining satisfaction

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience
  • First-principles product thinking, connecting customer pain points to product solutions
  • Precise scoping and spec writing abilities
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Proven track record of shipping products that were built, launched, and adopted
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical fluency, including comfort with data models, API docs, webhooks, and auth flows
  • Experience building product process (roadmaps, metrics, cycle planning) at an early or growth-stage startup (Nice to Have)
  • B2B SaaS fintech, or payments experience (Nice to Have)
  • Familiarity with nonprofit sector, CRMs (Salesforce NPSP, Blackbaud), or fundraising platforms (Nice to Have)
  • Track record of improving processes to reduce manual work (Nice to Have)
