About the Role

The Planning, Monitoring and Control (PM&C) Professional will set up, operate, and assure processes related to budgeting, cost management, managerial analysis, and time scheduling. This role provides direct support to Portfolio, Programme, and Project Managers, as well as Service Delivery Managers within the local Programme Management Office framework.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a culture of delivery excellence across the delivery community.
• Act as a source of best practice guidance on project management processes.
• Undertake administrative and management support activities for projects, programmes, and portfolios.
• Produce management information, including scenario modelling, to support analysis of project, programme, or portfolio health.
• Support delivery governance and reporting requirements.
• Provide comprehensive support to portfolios, programmes, and projects as set by local PMO conditions.
• Manage monthly project finance activities.
• Facilitate monthly governance processes.
• Complete project set up and close down tasks.
• Produce Management Information (MI).

Requirements

• Awareness of the project management lifecycle and associated support duties.
• Ability to work independently in applying project management activities across portfolios, programmes, and projects.
