About the Role

This role is essential for Zurich Canada's technological modernization, business transformation, and growth. It ensures the organization has access to specialized skills for strategy implementation, combining strategic recruitment, talent intelligence, proactive sourcing, and workforce planning to identify, attract, and advise on highly specialized profiles in technology, organizational transformation, AI, and commercial underwriting.

Responsibilities

Lead the complete recruitment process in technology, transformation, AI, digital, and commercial underwriting.
Develop labor market analyses, talent mapping, competitor analysis, compensation trends, and emerging skill analyses.
Implement proactive candidate sourcing strategies, develop talent communities, and utilize AI-powered recruitment tools.
Advise leaders on strategies for internal skill development, recruitment, external sourcing, or talent development, using workforce data and labor market intelligence.
Partner with senior executives to align recruitment strategies with business priorities.
Drive innovation in recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, candidate experience, and talent-related technologies.

Requirements

At least 10 years of progressive experience in executive talent acquisition, technical recruitment, or strategic recruitment.
Bilingualism in English and French.
Demonstrated experience recruiting specialized talent in technology, transformation, AI, digital, or technical insurance.
Expertise in strategic candidate sourcing, talent mapping, and labor market intelligence.
Experience recruiting for roles related to Guidewire, software engineering, cloud computing, cybersecurity, architecture, AI, data, and transformation.
Comfort and credibility with senior executives, with a strong track record of stakeholder management.
Experience transforming market insights into actionable business recommendations.
Experience utilizing AI-powered recruitment technologies.
