About the Role

This role is critical in enabling Zurich Canada's technology modernization, transformation agenda, and commercial growth by ensuring the organization has access to specialized capabilities. You will partner with leaders to anticipate future capability needs, provide market intelligence, and develop proactive talent strategies. This position combines strategic recruitment, talent intelligence, strategic sourcing, and workforce planning to identify, attract, and advise on highly specialized talent across technology, enterprise transformation, AI, and commercial underwriting disciplines.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment across Technology, Transformation, AI, Digital, and Commercial Underwriting.
Develop labour market intelligence, talent maps, competitor insights, compensation trends, and emerging skills analysis.
Build proactive sourcing strategies, talent communities, and leverage AI-enabled recruiting tools.
Advise leaders on build, buy, borrow, and develop talent strategies using workforce insights and labour market intelligence.
Partner with senior leaders to align hiring strategies with business priorities.
Drive innovation across recruiting processes, sourcing, candidate experience, and talent technology.

Requirements

10+ years of progressive experience in executive, technical, or strategic talent acquisition.
Bilingual (English & French).
Demonstrated success recruiting specialized technology, transformation, AI, digital, or technical insurance talent.
Expertise in strategic sourcing, talent mapping, and labour market intelligence.
Experience recruiting Guidewire, software engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, architecture, AI, data, and transformation roles.
Strong executive presence and stakeholder management.
Experience translating market intelligence into business insights.
Experience using AI-enabled recruiting technologies.
Experience supporting Technology, Transformation, and Commercial business leaders.
Executive dashboard and talent intelligence reporting experience.
Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
