About the Role

As a Clinic Director at Ivy Rehab, you will lead a team dedicated to patient care, focusing on mentoring, relationship building, and fostering a positive, collaborative environment. Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of clinic operations.
• Manage clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Support clinicians in providing individualized patient treatment and plans of care.

• Foster communication with medical professionals and stakeholders to enhance service standards.
• Facilitate and participate in continuing education.
• Provide mentorship and individualized support to enhance team performance.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• A passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A desire to grow the clinic.

• $100,000 – $115,000 per year
