About the Role

Cyti Psychological is seeking compassionate California-licensed therapists residing in Texas who want the flexibility to continue serving California clients through telehealth. This role allows you to practice remotely, leveraging your existing California license while we handle administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy sessions to California clients, including individuals, couples, and families based on clinical expertise.
• Deliver care through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
• Set your own availability and build a personalized work schedule.
• Engage in W-2 employment with benefits available for eligible full-time clinicians.

Requirements

• Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or PsyD) in good standing.
• Current residence in Texas or plans to relocate to Texas.
• Passion for providing evidence-based, client-centered care.
• Comfort using telehealth technology and delivering virtual therapy.
