About the Role
Join our digital consumer banking offer Chase at our new JPMorgan Chase office in Berlin. We are looking for a passionate Tax Operations Associate to help build and execute tax operations activities for the Chase Digital Bank in Germany. You will work closely with other Operation-teams to execute German Income Tax-related obligations and create a best-in-class customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead activities in fulfilling German Income Tax-reporting obligations.
- Support project-oriented activities for onboarding new products or assessing new reporting obligations.
- Operate daily controls and tasks using a process-flow orientated application to ensure German Income Tax-regulations meet service level standards.
- Build relationships with colleagues in Operations and other Corporate Functions.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in the financial industry.
- Experience in German Income Taxes and/or closely related subject areas.
- Risk and control mindset.
- Data-centric with an analytical approach.
- Strong communication skills in both German and English languages.
- Highly organised with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
