About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team in Canada. This role involves driving Agile practices and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless delivery of projects. The candidate will play a crucial part in fostering team alignment and maintaining project momentum in a dynamic hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business problem statements and convert them into user stories.
- Articulate product vision and user stories clearly to development teams.
- Manage the backlog of user stories for multiple products simultaneously.
- Establish user story acceptance criteria and refine stories with Scrum teams.
- Create Sprint Release Plans with input from development teams.
- Utilize Agile methods and processes to promote disciplined and transparent project management.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in a Scrum Master role or equivalent.
