About the Role
STAN is looking for an enthusiastic Senior Software Engineer to help create technology that will change how residential communities are managed, with the belief that properties can be autonomously managed.
Responsibilities
- Work on developing the first A.I. assistant for residential buildings/communities
- Develop proprietary AI system to automate complex user conversations
- End-to-end software development process from ideation to production
- Maintain high code quality and engineering best practices
- Demonstrate leadership skills working across organizational boundaries
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience with JavaScript and React libraries
- Experience architecting and deploying Software Products to Cloud Providers like Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services, or Azure
- Focused on building and shipping products, passionate about building a business
- Experience with AI, NLP, NLU, and/or machine learning is preferred
- Startup experience or experience working in small teams preferred
