About the Role
Join our Data Compliance team at FlixTech, Foundation Division, where you will be responsible for systems and tools that ensure Flix's compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations. You will adjust IT tools used by colleagues across the company to simplify compliance, assist them with their requests, and propose improvements to enhance usability.
Responsibilities
- Respond to service tickets for two software tools, including adding roles and users and updating instructions.
- Take ownership of two software tools and implement improvements to their setup.
- Create summary reports using the tools to identify information gaps and communicate status to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the team to define next steps for improvements by adding tickets to the backlog and discussing them.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program in Berlin.
- Interest in Data Protection and privacy.
- Quick learning abilities and the capacity to autonomously figure out how things work and dive into details.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
