About the Role

Each team member is expected to provide friendly, polite, and knowledgeable assistance, prioritizing customer needs. The Maintenance Associate ensures the store is clean, safe, and well-maintained, addressing issues promptly and supporting a welcoming environment through consistent upkeep.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, helpful service and assist customers, including loading heavy items.
Keep store floors and walkways clean and safe by sweeping, mopping, handling spills, and using wet floor signs.
Maintain clean and stocked bathrooms.
Remove carts from the parking lot and take out garbage.
Perform general property upkeep, including shoveling, salting, sanding, and basic landscaping.
Sweep and maintain the cleanliness of exterior walkways.
Complete additional cleaning or maintenance tasks as assigned, such as using a floor scrubber or making local customer deliveries.

Requirements

Shift time of 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
At least one weekend day per workweek is required.
