About the Role
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about building strong relationships with TGA and GA planners, general contractors, and building owners. You will support planning offices in developing building automation solutions and guide projects from the planning phase. This role involves creating offers, developing automation concepts, and presenting visualization concepts.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong network with TGA and GA planners, general contractors, and building owners.
- Support planning offices in developing building automation solutions and guide projects from the planning phase.
- Create offers and tender documents based on trade planning and ventilation/room automation schematics.
- Develop automation and room automation concepts in close coordination with planners and project stakeholders.
- Develop and present visualization concepts using systems like Avelon, WAGO-Cloud, or DEOS OPENweb.
- Create specifications for building automation systems based on service descriptions and system specifications.
- Calculate project costs, coordinate supplier and subcontractor inquiries, and develop cost-effective solutions.
- Present offers to clients, actively follow up, and support contract negotiations.
Requirements
- Completed training or studies as a technician, master craftsman, engineer, or specialist in building services, MSR/building automation, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering.
- Professional experience in building automation or technical building equipment (TGA).
- Sound knowledge of modern building automation systems, ideally with products from WAGO, DEOS, or Avelon.
- Experience with building automation planning and engineering tools (e.g., TRIC, WSCAD, WebProject, CASE, or similar).
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work approach.
- Strong communication skills and confident demeanor when dealing with clients and project partners.
- Negotiation skills and assertiveness.
- Team player with willingness to travel and enjoyment of working with people.
