About the Role
As an Enterprise Solution Engineer, you will address challenges where systems, tools, and workflows fail to connect, leading to manual work and process breakdowns. Your role involves understanding friction points and designing practical, scalable solutions. This position combines solution design, technical consulting, pre-sales support, and implementation, focusing on real business impact.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing customer processes, existing tools, and workflow challenges across teams.
- Designing technical solutions using platforms such as Make, Airtable, and Asana.
- Translating complex operational needs into scalable automation and integration setups.
- Supporting pre-sales conversations by helping prospects understand the value of connected systems and cross-tool workflows.
- Working closely with Sales to handle technical questions, shape solution direction, and support commercial opportunities.
- Leading or supporting the implementation of customer solutions together with Consulting and Sales.
- Advising customers on moving from manual or fragmented processes to more digital and automated ways of working.
- Identifying technical opportunities for repeatable services, internal products, or new business models.
- Contributing to partner relationships with platforms such as Make and Airtable.
- Helping further build the Solution Engineering capability within the organization.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in solution engineering, automation, implementation, technical consulting, or a related field.
- Strong experience with low-code or no-code platforms and workflow automation.
- Proven experience designing and implementing successful technical solutions for customers.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows and translate them into practical, scalable setups.
- Confidence in customer-facing conversations, from discovery to technical guidance and objection handling.
- A structured way of working with strong ownership and the ability to move between strategy and execution.
- A creative and solution-oriented mindset, especially when working on unique customer challenges.
- Strong communication skills, with empathy, clarity, and professional credibility.
- Fluent German and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience with platforms such as Make, Airtable, Asana, or similar tooling is a strong advantage.
