About the Role
The Shipping & Receiving Specialist is responsible for understanding and implementing all concepts, processes, and best practices of the Warehouse Management System within the branch.
Responsibilities
- Learn all concepts, processes, and best practices of the Warehouse Management System as it pertains to delivery picking, delivery loading, and customer pick-ups.
- Maintain equipment and supplies.
- Teach new hires functions concurrent to their roles.
- Provide continued support to the Operations team.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the system and its communication with Agility, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
