About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Controller who will actively shape and advance controlling, critically question existing processes, and derive sustainable, practical solutions. You will help shape the financial compass of DNS:NET with energy, clarity, and the ambition to effectively develop controlling.

Responsibilities

• Develop modern cost accounting and forecasting systems.
• Utilize BI tools such as Power BI.
• Contribute ideas directly to corporate management.
• Collaborate closely with management and specialist departments.
• Analyze the profitability of business units.
• Identify potential and derive recommendations for action.
• Manage monthly and annual financial statements, cash flow analyses, and liquidity planning.
• Drive the further development of our controlling processes.
• Identify optimization potential and think beyond the numbers.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration or Economics with a focus on Finance/Controlling or a comparable field.
• At least three years of relevant professional experience in controlling.
• Sound knowledge in controlling, reporting, and BI tools (Power BI, Excel, possibly SAP).
• Practical experience in data-based analysis and evaluation.
• Experience with AI-supported tools for decision support.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a drive for change.
• Team player with strong communication skills and a desire for responsibility.
• Very good German and good English language skills.
