About the Role
We are seeking a Working Student to join our Operations team at Edeneve, a botanical skincare brand. This role involves assisting with a full range of logistics activities crucial for a rapidly growing e-commerce company.
Responsibilities
- Support inventory and stock management
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse partners
- Update and maintain operational databases and documentation
- Prepare shipments and operational processes for new markets
- Support reporting, monitor KPIs, and improve internal operational processes
- Collaborate closely with various teams across the business
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at a German university
- Ability to manage multiple tasks without losing focus on details
- Clear and confident communication across teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and risks
- Proactive and willing to take ownership
- Comfortable working with multiple datasets and digital platforms
- Fluent in English; Polish and German are a plus
