Manage the logistics for events across North America, working closely with content, marketing, and sales teams to bring events to life from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of event logistics for your events, from first plan to final wrap
- Partner closely with content, marketing and sales so every event lands as one unified experience
- Keep multiple events on track and delivering, all year round
- Be the go-to contact for venues, vendors and sponsors
- Help shape and position new event formats, like our festivals, within our wider events strategy
- Own timelines, budgets and quality standards so every event experience is one worth talking about
Requirements
- Managed a diverse portfolio of business events, each with its own format, goals and quirks, ideally across multiple industries or regions
- Thinks strategically and decides confidently, equally at home shaping event operations strategy and getting hands dirty on execution
- Led large scale, high impact events, with skill in logistics, vendor management and stakeholder coordination
