As a working student in the HR team, you will support the complete employee lifecycle, contributing to a modern and service-oriented HR function.

Responsibilities

• Support with administrative tasks in daily business.
• Independent coordination of the reference letter process.
• Creation and preparation of reports.
• Participation in current HR projects and HR topics.
• Independent communication with other HR teams and departments.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in business or social sciences.
• Meticulous and highly flexible.

• Engaged, open, and strong communication skills.
• Very good German and good English language skills.
• Availability for approximately 15-20 hours per week.
