About the Role

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in organizing, planning, and implementing strategies for a Sherwin-Williams paint store. This role oversees customer service, marketing, merchandising, inventory, finances, and store safety, while also assisting in staff supervision and training, and generating sales leads through customer outreach.
