About the Role

The role involves independently supporting a publicly funded project, "Monitoring Panel for the National Action Plan on Children's Opportunities," and ensuring contract management. This includes handling administrative processes from application to final reporting, coordinating contracts, and managing procurement procedures.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage all administrative process steps for the publicly funded project "Monitoring Panel for the National Action Plan on Children's Opportunities," including applications, fund requests, reallocations, and final reports.
• Coordinate and process contract management, particularly for publicly funded projects, contracts with revenue implications, and contracts with data protection, liability, or grant relevance.
• Create and support procurement procedures within the team, from needs assessment to the creation of service descriptions, eligibility and award criteria, and bid evaluation and award.
• Collaborate cooperatively and solution-oriented with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop processes in a structured manner with others.

Requirements

• Identify with the goals of the German Children's Fund and possess at least basic knowledge of children's rights.
• Possess a completed university degree (at least Bachelor's) or vocational training in administration, business law, or law, or a comparable qualification.
• Have several years of relevant professional experience in an administrative, legal, or grant-related field.
• Possess knowledge of handling funding and grant-related requirements.
• Knowledge in preparing and conducting contract creation and procurement is advantageous.
• Demonstrate initiative, a sense of responsibility, and enjoyment in developing processes with others.
