About the Role
This is an opportunity to work in a fast-growing, values-driven organization, learning a consulting toolkit for social impact and sustainability projects. The role involves driving client engagements across focus topics like Sustainability, Tech for Good, Cross-Sector Partnerships, Finance for Impact, and Impact Management.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses using client and public data under senior guidance.
- Develop presentations and documents with analysis results, implications, and recommendations.
- Assist in preparing, implementing, and following up on workshops (digital or face-to-face).
- Assist in preparing, implementing, and following up on client appointments and communication.
- Structure and plan own work, implementing independently in coordination with Project Leaders.
- Collaborate with other team members.
Requirements
- Demonstrated passion and commitment to working on societal challenges.
- Less than 1 year of practical experience through internships in strategy consulting, working on societal challenges with impact organizations, or academic research.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or transferable work experience.
- Structured thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and passion to contribute to team culture.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate to Berlin.
