About the Role
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career to build hands-on experience in an in-house TA team. You’ll support hiring across our project delivery team who are on-site, using The Atom to ensure our client’s projects, predominantly Data Centres, are built on time with minimal mistakes. You’ll be hiring for a mix of levels from Graduate to Manager, working closely with the People team and hiring managers to keep processes running smoothly and hires moving quickly.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end hiring for project delivery roles across the US and internationally
- Screen candidates and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Partner with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and feedback
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and referrals
- Keep candidates engaged with clear, timely communication
- Maintain accurate data in our ATS (Ashby)
- Continuously build pipelines for future hiring on upcoming projects
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in talent acquisition, ideally with a focus on engineering or construction roles
- Strong organisation skills - you can manage multiple roles and priorities
- Confident communicator with a professional, friendly approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
