About the Role
As a working student in Human Resources, you will support HR Business Partners in their daily tasks, applying your theoretical knowledge in practice and laying the foundation for your future career. You will gain diverse experience by actively assisting with operational and strategic HR work, employee support, report generation, and process management. You will also contribute to exciting HR transformation projects and help shape HR topics.
Responsibilities
- Support HR Business Partners in operational and strategic personnel work, such as the annual personnel development and goal process.
- Participate in employee support.
- Create reports and analyses and independently manage processes after consultation.
- Collaborate and communicate closely with relevant stakeholders.
- Independently contribute to exciting projects within HR transformation and help shape HR topics.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree where human resources plays a key role.
- Ideally, have some prior experience in a company.
- Empathetic and able to interact with people in a friendly and professional manner.
- Structured, reliable, independent, and team-oriented.
- Clear communication with diverse stakeholders, including in an international environment.
- High service orientation and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Very good German language skills.
- Good English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
