About the Role
Secret Gardens LLC is a landscaping design & build company seeking a Landscape/Architect Designer to create and oversee 3D landscape designs and manage clients through sales, design, and construction stages. This role offers a competitive salary with commission opportunities within a positive company culture.
Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual proposals.
- Prepare and present landscaping proposals, including 2D designs, 3D renders, CAD drawings, and other options.
- Understand and review detailed plans and working drawings, including construction details and specifications, using computer-aided design (CAD).
- Present proposals to clients, handle inquiries, and negotiate through the design and construction process.
- Ensure deadlines are met according to customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to achieve total customer satisfaction.
- Lead the selection of suitable materials for projects.
- Continuously grow and stay updated with current market trends.
- Contact and coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers.
- Prepare project estimates with the Operations Team.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Design Manager.
- Team management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a related field within the UAE.
- Strong creative and communication skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Must be fully conversant in using and creating models from architectural plans, sketches, and elevations.
- Knowledge of related visualization and photorealistic rendering techniques.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
