About the Role
As an Operation Specialist, you will own the full contract lifecycle, from initial request through execution and distribution. You will ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and operational requirements, acting as a key liaison between sales, procurement, legal, and global stakeholders to enable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Initiate checks in the GCM pool within 24-48 HRS from check order date.
- Complete verification requirements, close off checks and update/follow-up check on a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with Human Resource/Supervisor and Education/Professional POCs.
- Update verification checks with integrity, ensuring all details are true and factual.
- Handle confidential information with care, knowing what is for verification disclosure and not.
- Diligently and professionally chase candidates for needed requirements to complete check verification.
- Complete the Candidate Data Entry process for newly ordered cases in the system.
- Update contact cards with any information gathered during verification.
Requirements
- Candidate must have at least 1 year of college education with office experience (preferably in BPO).
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proven ability to work in a matrixed, multinational environment under tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of contract management principles, terms, and conditions.
- Requires excellent command of the English language and ability to handle conversational interviews.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, e.g., Microsoft Office and Web browsers.
- Experience doing Inbound calls/transactions is recommended (but not required).
