About the Role
CALM’s Corporate Partnerships Team is seeking an experienced Corporate Partnerships Manager to manage, grow, and extend existing corporate partnerships. This role will also support new business development and take the lead on a new strategic partnership worth over £250k annually, working closely with the Services team to ensure impact and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent relationship management to a portfolio of corporate partners, including producing account management plans, setting partnership objectives, and supporting fundraising initiatives and employee engagement.
- Monitor, meet, report on, and celebrate partnership milestones and fundraising targets with key stakeholders.
- Represent CALM at key meetings and events, potentially requiring public speaking and presentations.
- Collaborate with the Services team to create bespoke support products for key corporate partners.
- Work with Services, Data, and MarComms teams to build engaging impact reports for partners.
- Devise sustainable exit strategies for departing partners.
- Build strong working relationships and collaborate with colleagues across CALM.
- Identify and implement improvements to working practices and processes to enhance team productivity.
- Support the corporate partnerships team in securing new partnerships, which may include providing quotes, case studies, attending meetings, or pitching.
- Adhere to GDPR, fundraising regulator legislation, and guidelines.
- Understand and adhere to CALM values.
Requirements
- A full UK driving license and access to your own car.
- Demonstrable track record of delivering financial results against agreed targets and timescales.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Ability to direct client-facing meetings, understand partner motivations, and present a compelling case for support.
- Confidence in managing partner expectations and handling difficult conversations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to develop tailored and compelling presentations, reports, and communications.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage a varied workload, taking initiative, and working to conflicting deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate and contribute positively to team culture.
- Willingness to work hard and attend events outside of office hours when necessary.
- Passion for the cause and CALM’s mission.
- Valid right to work in the UK.

Experience Level
- 5-7 years experience of successfully managing multi-layered, five or six figure corporate partnerships, ideally within the third sector - from the onboarding of a partnership to delivering exit strategies.
- Experience of growing and extending partnerships in line with organisational objectives.
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment with conflicting priorities and deadlines.
