About the Role
Join our Foundation team and help create a lasting impact on healthcare through the power of philanthropy. We are entering an exciting new chapter, focusing on donor journey, strategic impact, and people first, to deliver major capital campaigns and grow our national fundraising program.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and timely donor and prospect records within CRM and tracking systems.
- Prepare donor meeting briefs, summaries and follow-up actions.
- Support stewardship planning and follow-through.
- Chair and coordinate fundraising-related working groups, including agendas, minutes and action tracking.
- Maintain Campaign schedules, roadmaps and status reporting.
- Drive accountability across internal stakeholders, ensuring required information, approvals and deliverables are obtained to maintain campaign momentum and support fundraising activity.
- Work closely with the Donor Communications and Content Coordinator to ensure all fundraising materials are accurate, current and ready for donor engagement.
- Coordinate briefing papers, meeting materials and campaign documentation for senior leaders, campaign volunteers and major donor engagements.
- Support a collective Foundation team approach and provide operational assistance where required.
- Coordinate the development of donor proposals, cases for support, campaign messaging, impact reports and other donor-facing materials in partnership with operational and communications teams.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in senior coordination, fundraising operations, executive support, advancement, Campaign coordination or other complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong attention to detail, discretion and organisational discipline.
- Confident and professional communication skills at all levels, including senior leaders, governance groups, donors and campaign volunteers.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure, exercise sound judgement and maintain high standards of professionalism.
- Highly organised and self-motivated with a proactive approach, demonstrating initiative, strong follow-through and the ability to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities.

Salary/Compensations
- $107,232 to $119,707 per annum, plus 12% superannuation
