About the Role
Support the Building Consultancy Team in performing technical due diligence for residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation of Technical Due Diligence (TechDD) reports for residential and commercial properties.
- Assist with the calculation and verification of costs for necessary measures.
- Participate in quality control and acceptance procedures.
- Support the assurance of planning quality and economic efficiency.
- Assist in advising investors and developers on property acquisition and sale.
- Support the creation of Tech DD reports.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering or comparable qualification in technical real estate consulting.
- Entry-level or maximum 2 years of professional experience in construction, preferably with a focus on construction costs.
- Relevant experience in Technical Due Diligence / Real Estate Valuation is advantageous but not required.
- Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong initiative, analytical thinking skills, and quality awareness.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel throughout Germany.
