About the Role
RB Holdings is seeking a Dining Room Manager to lead the dining room operation at Loulou's Nightclub within 5 Hertford Street, delivering exceptional and personalized experiences for members and their guests.
Responsibilities
- Lead the dining room operation, delivering exceptional and personalised experiences for members and their guests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring service is tailored to individual preferences and expectations.
- Work closely with the kitchen and senior leadership teams to deliver seamless service.
- Lead, coach, and develop the front-of-house team.
- Drive operational performance by maintaining the highest standards of service and team effectiveness.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality or fine dining environment.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent understanding of luxury food, beverage and service standards.
- Exceptional communication and member-facing service skills.

- Up to £55,000 per annum, plus discretionary service charge
