About the Role
MAICO Diagnostics is seeking a Product Manager to drive innovation and product strategy in hearing diagnostics. This role involves managing products throughout their lifecycle, translating market needs into solutions, and contributing to the company's growth and international competitiveness.
Responsibilities
- Lead the initiation of new products and manage the full product lifecycle of existing solutions in audiometry, tympanometry, OAE, and ABR
- Analyze customer and market needs through interviews, on-site visits, and third-level support activities
- Develop customer-focused product strategies, including clear product positioning and value propositions
- Support international product launches and marketing campaigns
- Conduct market, trend, and competitive analyses to identify new opportunities and drive innovation
- Deliver product training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer for internal teams, international partners, and end users
- Attend international trade fairs, congresses, and industry events
- Collaborate closely with international teams and stakeholders across the Demant organization
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in business, engineering, audiology, or a related field – or equivalent professional experience
- Initial practical experience in Product Management or hearing diagnostics is an advantage
- Strong business mindset combined with a structured and proactive way of working
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Strong written and spoken English skills; German language skills are a plus
- High level of customer focus, initiative, and collaborative spirit
- Proficiency in MS Office and ideally experience with product management or CRM tools
