About the Role
Drive category growth across customers by ensuring effective pre-selling of promotions and seasonal activities to maximize stock availability. Leverage category insights to deliver strong in-store execution, including optimization of key display areas. Collaborate with third-party brokers to ensure seamless execution of all sales initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Drive category growth by planning and executing promotional and seasonal activities to ensure stock availability
- Utilize category insights to enhance in-store execution and visibility across key display areas
- Optimize secondary placements such as gondola ends and off-shelf locations
- Coordinate closely with third-party brokers to ensure flawless execution of sales initiatives
- Monitor execution effectiveness and support continuous improvement in retail presence
Requirements
- Strong understanding of customer supply chains to improve on-shelf availability
- Ability to identify in-store growth opportunities and develop execution plans
- Skilled in interpreting and applying category insights in customer interactions
- Effective selling and negotiation skills to drive customer action
- Strong prioritization, teamwork, and ability to share best practices
