About the Role

The Third Party Management Office (TPMO) team is responsible for the end-to-end process of Third Party Management, including maintaining controls, systems, documentation, governance, and reporting. The selected Analyst will provide operational support within this process, ensuring adherence to new and existing regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Complete Third Party Management activities, such as risk assessments and due diligence in line with the TPM Policy and Procedure.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, gathering and interpreting complex information.
  • Assess, challenge, and provide feedback on information received from business stakeholders.
  • Identify service and vendor risk through remediation and communicate mitigation/remediation activities.
  • Build effective working relationships with internal teams and third-party suppliers.
  • Provide guidance on the Third Party Management process and governance requirements.
  • Ensure all approvals, escalations, and reporting are conducted as required.
  • Provide support in the implementation and execution of updates to the TPM Policy, Procedures, and other documents.
  • Support the development of mitigation plans and track actions to completion, ensuring risk decisions are appropriately documented.

  • Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Third Party Management experience is required.
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, Business Continuity concepts is desirable.
