About the Role
As our Senior Partnership Manager – Entertainment, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and growing Ten's global entertainment proposition. Your focus will be on developing and strengthening strategic partnerships that provide our members with priority access, exclusive benefits, and unforgettable experiences across the worlds of sport, music, theatre, arts, dining, luxury brands, and corporate hospitality. You'll be responsible for maximising the commercial value of Ten's existing entertainment portfolio, driving sustainable revenue growth through our established partnerships, while identifying and securing new commercial opportunities that further expand our global offering. Success in this role will require a strong blend of commercial acumen, strategic thinking, relationship management, and negotiation skills. Ultimately, your success will be measured by your ability to grow revenue, strengthen strategic partnerships, increase utilisation of our entertainment proposition, fulfil contractual client commitments, and consistently deliver exceptional member experiences.
Responsibilities
- Take full accountability for all partnerships and contracts secured within your market across all genres.
- Develop clear strategies for best-in-market offers, inventory, commission agreements, and proposition materials.
- Support Lifestyle Managers in maintaining partner relationships for sustainable future growth.
- Monitor performance of partnered suppliers to ensure high-quality service and drive improvements in member satisfaction and efficiencies.
- Monitor redemption, data analytics, and demand of live events and ticketing genres to refine strategy by member group, client, and region.
- Collaborate with the Global Proposition Director, Content, and Marketing departments to maximize exposure for offers and events.
- Stay aware of competitor offerings to maintain a market-leading position.
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure awareness of best practices and continuous process improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create a holistic vendor approach strategy and keep teams updated on changes.
- Drive efficiency within entertainment teams by developing and improving processes and sharing learnings.
- Propose and implement new strategies and campaigns to positively impact member satisfaction, corporate revenue, and efficiencies.
- Contribute to wider strategic goals and offer procurement support for the global team or wider region.
- Work with Client Services and Regional Business Development Managers on client-related matters and new business proposals.
- Lead, maintain, and support established client and member relationships.
Requirements
- Experience in procuring and maintaining Live Entertainment relationships (Promoters, Ticketing Platforms, venues), benefits, offers, contract management, and negotiation.
- Ability to initiate and lead new business initiatives and proposals aligned with Live Entertainment and general proposition objectives.
- People management skills with the ability to motivate and drive performance.
- Demonstrated experience working within a customer-led industry with a focus on excellent customer service.
- Project management skills for complex global projects with multi-stakeholders.
- Account management skills to interact with senior stakeholders, build trust, and deliver on agreed requirements.
- Ability to create and drive strategy within the Live Entertainment sector using performance data, industry knowledge, and leadership skills.
- Proficient use of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in marketing and social media use for promotion and asset utilization.
- Proven track record of negotiating and procuring relationships, offers, or events, or managing a sales/negotiation team.
- Natural commercial drive and innovation, seeking new opportunities and creativity.
- A natural networker who can develop and implement new initiatives to commercially impact the team and business.
