About the Role

Join our team to communicatively support energy transition projects, from research to implementation. You will contribute to the conception, organization, and execution of various dialogue formats and events, assist in developing PR and communication strategies, and plan and implement communication measures with the team.

Responsibilities

• Support energy transition projects communicatively from research to implementation.
• Assist in the conception, organization, and execution of dialogue formats and events.
• Help develop PR and communication concepts.
• Plan communication measures with the team, support their implementation, and follow up.
• Research complex topics, prepare them editorially for online and offline communication, and create understandable, target-group-oriented presentations.
• Monitor and analyze societal, media, and political developments.

Requirements

• Completed university degree.
• Ideally, initial practical experience in PR or Public Affairs (e.g., in a company, association, agency, or journalism).
• Interest in energy topics and ideally expertise or experience in energy policy.
• Enjoy complex topics (infrastructure, transformation, and politics) and the ability to grasp content quickly and structure it clearly.
• Work proactively, structured, and solution-oriented, even with multiple tasks.
• Possess a hands-on mentality, be a team player, creative, and flexible.
• Communicate openly and present yourself confidently and convincingly.
• Very good German and English language skills.
• Willingness to travel and ideally a driver's license class B.
• Comfortable using AI tools and identifying practical applications to enhance quality and efficiency.
