About the Role
We are seeking a talented and ambitious Account Executive to manage a high-velocity sales cycle and a strategic sales process within Rippling's Global Products team. Based in Sydney, this role will focus on the New Zealand market, establishing Rippling as a leader by defining and executing the sales playbook. This fast-paced position offers accelerated career growth for an ambitious seller adept at navigating complex sales cycles.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle as a product expert on Rippling’s Global capabilities
- Execute outbound excellence to define and implement a territory strategy for opportunity generation in partnership with the SDR team
- Consistently close business and achieve quota attainment
- Manage pipeline in Salesforce for accurate revenue forecasting
Requirements
- 3+ years of quota-carrying Account Executive sales experience in B2B SaaS markets
- Proven success in a sales organization (top 10%)
- Experience selling HRIS/HCM, payroll, or global payroll products
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with continuous growth and change
