About the Role
Autodesk Customer Success is seeking a motivated Technical Advisor to assist customers in maximizing their product investment and achieving tangible business outcomes. This role focuses on professionals with strong technical experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, deep expertise in Autodesk solutions, and a keen interest in AI-enabled workflows. The ideal candidate will have practical experience exploring, testing, and applying AI technologies within an AEC context, supporting diverse technologies in large-scale customer environments, and coaching strategic clients on adopting Autodesk solutions, particularly for AI-driven workflows. The position requires hands-on technical credibility and the ability to guide customers on practical workflows that enhance productivity, quality, collaboration, and business results.
Responsibilities
- Deliver product and workflow coaching sessions to help strategic customers adopt Autodesk solutions and activate key workflows.
- Conduct coaching discovery calls to understand customer workflows, adoption barriers, learning needs, and desired outcomes.
- Lead live coaching and scalable group enablement sessions (1: many) for end users, including workflow-specific guidance and best-practice sharing.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, leveraging thought leadership and product expertise to help customers achieve business outcomes using Autodesk technology.
- Develop, update, and maintain enablement content, learning resources, and digital assets that support coaching delivery and address specific customer workflow challenges, in line with Autodesk quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the AEC industry or AEC technology industry.
- Expert knowledge of Autodesk Revit and/or Forma, formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Interest in AI technologies and hands-on experience exploring or testing how AI can be applied to AEC workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to converse fluently in Japanese.
