Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of Technical Due Diligence (TDD) and related building consultancy services for investors, lenders, developers, and corporate occupiers, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Develop and grow key client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand services and generate new business.
- Drive business development through networking, market engagement, cross-sector collaboration, and the preparation of proposals and fee submissions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, technical excellence, and accountability.
- Manage team resources, workload planning, and project delivery to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and commercial objectives are achieved.
- Oversee project financial performance, including budgeting, invoicing, fee recovery, and scope management.
- Provide strategic and operational updates to senior leadership and contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the TDD practice.
- Promote innovation, best practice, and compliance with company policies, professional standards, quality requirements, and health and safety procedures.

Experience Level
- Significant experience delivering Technical Due Diligence, Vendor Due Diligence, or Building Consultancy services within the commercial real estate sector.
- Previous team leadership or people management experience, with responsibility for developing and managing technical professionals.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering projects across a range of commercial real estate asset classes.
- Demonstrated success in business development, client relationship management, and achieving commercial growth targets.
- Experience working on cross-border transactions and within international, multidisciplinary environments is desirable.
Education Level
- Degree in Building Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Professional qualification such as MRICS, MCIOB, CEng, or equivalent.
