This position provides administrative support to the Technical Records team, ensuring accurate entry and management of aircraft technical data.

Enter all technical data into the approved planning and records database.
Enter details from aircraft journey log pages, including overnight maintenance and line defects.
Enter details from aircraft Heavy Workpacks by entering all details from AWCs.
Ensure all component replacements are completed with correct details.
Ensure all technical details are entered accurately, including correct ATA details.
Report incomplete or inaccurate records to appropriate departments, track corrections, and record all issues.
Update APU Time Hours/Cycles.
Scan and upload documents.
File and store all technical data hard copies.
Actively participate in Porter’s Safety Management System (SMS), reporting hazards and incidents.
Understand, comply with, and promote the Company Safety Policy.
Perform other duties/tasks as assigned.

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Must be able to obtain and hold all required security clearances.
Experience working with aircraft technical records is preferred.
Experience working with RAAS Maintenance Software and/or AMOS would be an advantage.
