About the Role
Lead Domain's print specialists to deliver industry-leading magazines and build alignment with residential customers, ensuring their representation throughout the content ecosystem. This role requires a strategic and commercially minded content expert adept at motivating teams to deliver exceptional experiences for Domain's property-loving audience and valuable customers.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the longevity of print products through a premium content experience that engages and grows the print audience.
- Drive the team to reinvigorate the print content mix for consumers, focusing on state-based offerings and agent customer needs.
- Nurture relationships with key agent customers through thought leadership, content sharing, and commercially oriented initiatives.
- Lead B2B content delivery from strategy to execution, ensuring alignment with product and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with Domain's Sales leadership to ensure the content ecosystem provides significant value to key clients, maintaining feedback loops and reporting mechanisms.
- Collaborate with News and Production teams to create multi-format content series for brand engagement, audience acquisition, and revenue goals.
- Build and nurture relationships with Nine stakeholders to fulfill the print agreement.
- Plan and lead collaborative working sessions for content roadmaps, ensuring cross-functional communication for alignment and impact.
- Inspire the wider Group Content team with strategic, creative thinking, big ideas, and original content initiatives.
- Manage OKR tracking, reporting, and budget.
Requirements
- Strong balance between creative and analytical skills with experience delivering strong commercial outcomes through content.
- Exceptional understanding of print and customer-centric content offerings.
- Advanced interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Team building and people-management experience with proven ability to lead decentralized teams.
- Performance focus with the ability to set clear targets and adjust team approach.
- Curious mindset driven to seek out new trends, content types, and production techniques, translating them into actionable business practices.
- Customer-centricity with a strong understanding of property audience segments.
- Extensive knowledge of Print production, Editorial production, SEO, Commercial content, Reporting & Analytics.
- Strong understanding of CMS platforms (Wordpress and Brightcove preferred).
