About the Role

Regeneron is seeking a Sales Director, Hematology Japan to lead our Japan Hematology business. This role involves leading the hematology field sales organization, driving commercial execution, and delivering strong sales performance aligned with company goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, commercial operations, and marketing teams in a fast-growing, science-driven organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing hematology sales team.
  • Drive sales performance that meets or exceeds brand objectives.
  • Coach, develop, and retain talent through feedback and development planning.
  • Create national, regional, and local account plans with measurable tactics.
  • Oversee CRM use, sales analytics, and business key performance indicators.
  • Build relationships with key healthcare professionals across oncology.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to address market trends and opportunities.
  • Champion ethical conduct, accountability, and a winning team culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certification preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales leadership or management in oncology or hematology.
  • Proven success hiring, coaching, developing, promoting, and retaining top talent.
  • Strong record of sales performance with high integrity and accountability.
  • Experience developing account plans and implementing commercial strategies.
  • Proficiency with sales data, analytics, and customer relationship management systems.
  • Strong collaboration, leadership, interpersonal, communication, presentation, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to build deep customer relationships and organizational credibility.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 30-40%, including some weekends.
  • Fluent Japanese language skills.
  • Hematology or biologics experience preferred.
  • Intermediate English language skills preferred.
  • Highest personal values and ethical standards.
