About the Role
Contribute to improving the medical environment by creating evidence that meets unmet medical needs and engaging in medical and scientific discussions with medical professionals. Maximize the value of UCB products for patients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Analyze medical and scientific trends, competitive information, and insights from medical professionals in the assigned area to identify strategic opportunities and challenges.
- Formulate and manage the progress of medical strategy and execution plans in the assigned area.
- Provide medical and scientific input to brand strategy based on product characteristics and evidence.
- Reflect expert insights gained from field activities into strategy and evidence generation plans.
- Collaborate with domestic and international related departments and global teams to promote strategy execution.
- Support information provision and training for internal stakeholders from a medical and scientific perspective.
- Build trust with stakeholders and strengthen cooperative relationships for the realization of mid-to-long-term strategies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of specialized knowledge and support the growth of team members.
- Proactively manage personal goals and continuously improve performance.
- Act with high ethical standards and contribute to building a positive organizational culture.
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in a science-related field.
- Experience in strategy formulation or strategy promotion in positions such as Field Medical, Medical Advisor, or Medical Manager.
- Business-level English proficiency for meetings and discussions with global teams.
