We’re looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager for our Bligh Park restaurant, who’s ready to step up, lead from the front and play a key role in driving performance, culture and operational excellence. Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in leading and developing a high-performing team, setting the standard for quality, speed and guest experience.
• Drive operational excellence across all shifts, ensuring food quality, safety and service standards are consistently delivered.
• Lead from the front — coaching, mentoring and motivating your team to perform at their best.
• Take ownership of key restaurant metrics including performance, productivity and team engagement.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality or retail environment
• Strong understanding of operational standards, food safety and team performance
• A track record of developing people and driving results
• Confidence to lead, coach and hold teams accountable
• A genuine passion for great food, great service and building strong teams
