About the Role
As a (Senior) Sales Manager at Frasers, you will be part of the Germany team based in Berlin, taking on responsibilities for our German hotel portfolio. You will contribute to achieving sales and revenue goals with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Public relations and representation of the 4* Capri by Fraser Berlin and its sister hotels in Hamburg, Frankfurt, and Leipzig.
- Engaging in events, customer visits, trade fairs, and networking to foster personal connections.
- Conducting property tours, sales calls, fam-trips, and customer events to authentically represent the hotels and Frasers Hospitality.
- Developing forward-thinking plans and concepts for the Berlin location and across corporate, MICE, Longstay, and Leisure segments.
- Managing national and international existing clients and acquiring new customers, including price and contract negotiations.
- Building long-term customer loyalty and increasing business volume profitably.
- Developing, planning, and executing sales promotion measures.
- Analyzing results, market trends, and competitors to derive new sales strategies and measures for Frasers Hospitality hotels.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hotel industry with passion and competence.
- Experience in a comparable position.
- Strong business acumen.
- Negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to master new challenges and develop professionally.
- Proficiency in German and English; other languages are a plus.
- Team player with a positive attitude, motivation, and passion.
- Willingness to share knowledge and news to achieve common goals.

About the Company
