About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated individual to support and further develop our SAP system in collaboration with specialist departments and the IT department. This role involves providing support for system-related questions and issues, conducting error analyses, and planning and executing training sessions for employees to optimize system usage. You will also analyze and improve existing processes, create and maintain system documentation, manage master data, and assist with administrative and organizational tasks, including creating evaluations and supporting daily business across departments.

Responsibilities

System support and development of SAP in collaboration with specialist departments and the IT department
Support with questions and problems related to the system and performing error analyses
Planning and execution of training for employees to optimize system usage
Analysis and improvement of existing processes in close coordination with specialist departments
Creation and maintenance of system documentation and user manuals
Creation, maintenance, and quality assurance of SAP master data
Support with administrative and organizational tasks, creation of evaluations, data maintenance, and cross-departmental support in daily business

Requirements

Completed apprenticeship in a commercial field, preferably in the real estate industry
Good user knowledge of SAP is advantageous
Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
High IT affinity and interest in digital processes and systems
