Responsibilities

• Support the 'Pensions' department in Bayer AG's German HR organization during the elective internship.
• Clarify legal questions concerning occupational pension law.
• Process works agreements and complex individual cases.
• Deal with general contract law issues.
• Support the pension institutions managed by Bayer AG, especially Bayer-Pensionskasse VVaG, Rheinische Pensionskasse VVaG, and Bayer Pension Trust e. V.
• Assist in drafting amendments to statutes, general terms and conditions of insurance, and trust agreements.
• Prepare committee meetings.

Requirements

• Ideally, a first state examination in law with a grade of 'satisfactory' or better.
• Initial knowledge or experience in the field of occupational pensions is an advantage.
• High problem-solving competence and analytical thinking.
• Team spirit and high commitment.
• Good MS Office skills.
• Willingness to use MS Teams.
